Rafiki Residence was established as a residential project for villas and apartments in Pongwe, on the island of Zanzibar. We offer solutions that combine the comfort and the elegance of modern Italian style with the Zanzibar's natural beauty; in this Residence we build several detached and semi-detached villas, of different sizes, all made with high quality standards. A quiet environment characterised by garden, private pool, bright rooms, several bathrooms, Jacuzzi. We offer the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation or an ideal investment opportunity. Rafiki Residence offers its guests all kinds of services, included or to be added, to make your stay truly special and carefree. A full service for all your needs, the best one for your well-being. Our facilities are located just a few hundred meters from the free beach in Pongwe, but, if you prefer, you can enjoy a private beach at the Season Lodge, not far away. As alternative, certainly the most pleasant one, is to go to Kiwengwa and use the services of Sunset Village; there you can find all the amenities, a private beach in the middle of a 7-km-long coastline and enjoy the excellent Italian restaurant overt-here as well.
